The Gulmarg gondola is the 2nd highest cable car in the world and Asia’s highest and longest cable car reaching an altitude of 13,400 ft.The Gulmarg cable car project was installed by Pomagalski of France at Gulmarg Kashmir. Gulmarg cable car has two phases . The first phase was completed in 1998 and is running from Gulmarg to Kongdoori having a horizontal length of 2091 mtrs and a maximum passenger carrying capacity of 1500 PPH with 72 cabins and the second phase was completed in 2005 and is running from Kongdoori to Apharwat peak having a horizontal length of 2539.99 mtrs. with a maximum passenger carrying capacity of 600 PPH respectively with 34 cabins installed. The ticket price for Phase 1 is Rs. 944 plus processing charges and the ticket price for Phase 2 is Rs.2070 per person.
What is Gulmarg Gondola phase 2 timings?
The Gulmarg Gondola Phase 2 has two time slots, you can choose the one that is perfect for you.
- The first slot is 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
- The second slot is 1:00 pm to 03:30 pm
