The Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, formerly known as SirajBagh is one of the most popular and hot-spot tourist destinations in Srinagar Kashmir. Opening Date of Tulip Garden in 2024
As per latest information from Srinagar Municipal Corporation & Department of Floriculture which are incharge and responsible of the Tulip festival happening in  Indira Gandhi Memorial Kashmir Tulip Garden It is expected to commence from 23th of March 2024. But it can vary as per the weather changes. As of this Year some more varieties of Tulips have been added and also more land has been added to accommodate 15 Lakh tulip flowers for the Year 2024.Â

On March 23, Srinagar's "biggest" tulip garden in Asia will officially open to the public, officials announced on Thursday. The garden will officially open on March 23 during a grand opening ceremony, according to an official. In Asia's largest Tulip garden, he claimed, more than 17 lakh tulips of all sorts will blossom this year. According to the official, all of the necessary preparations have been made, and the concerned department is just finishing up for the garden's grand opening. Sheikh Fayaz, commissioner secretary of the Department of Floriculture, has since announced that the Garden will open to the public on March 23. This year, we anticipate a record-breaking number of visitors to Asia's largest Tulip garden, he said. This year water channels and small fountains have been added for more décor and added attraction of beauty , Tulip garden is one major boost for tourism and economy as well.
