Some even continue their trek to the upper reaches of the Pir Panjal area, where they can discover ancient routes to the Poonch and Rajouri districts of Jammu.
There is a pass locally known as chotti gali which were used to travel to jammu via poonch and rajouri.It is just 9 kilometers from Pir Ki Gali.

Another way to reach Gager Rayil is through Yusmarg. This route begins at the base of Raikoot and takes you through the villages of Pathra, Barendab, Churkhal, and Sangam.
The third option is to take the route through Pulwama, where the journey starts at Sangerwani, passing through Anderwali, Barendab, Churkhal, Palnard, and finally Sangam. Each route offers its own unique landscape and adventure, so it’s up to you to decide which one to take. The final destination will be the same, the secluded paradise of Gager Rayil.
