The Couple's Story
Mr. Hemant Sharma and his partner arrived in Kashmir for the most special trip of their lives their honeymoon. November in the valley is magical: fewer crowds, crisp mountain air, and a quiet intimacy that only the off-season brings. Snow dusts the higher peaks while the chinar trees blaze amber and gold.
Our goal was simple: make them feel like the valley was celebrating their love. From a decorated car at the airport to a honeymoon cake on their houseboat, we built in moments of surprise and delight at every turn. Driver Shahnawaz remained their dedicated companion for all 7 days becoming someone they could rely on, laugh with and trust completely.

Honeymoon Cake
A custom honeymoon cake was arranged and presented at the houseboat on their first evening — a sweet, unexpected welcome to their new chapter.
Decorated Car
Driver Shahnawaz arrived at the airport with a beautifully decorated car flowers, ribbons and a warm welcome sign for Mr. & Mrs. Sharma.
Houseboat Decoration
The Young Bombay Houseboat was decorated with rose petals, fairy lights and candles before their arrival a romantic Dal Lake setting they will never forget.
Rose Petal Welcome
Fresh flower arrangements and a rose petal trail greeted them on arrival at Shaff Excellency setting the tone for the entire journey from day one.
Candlelit Moments
Special candle arrangements were coordinated at select properties to give the couple intimate, private evenings they could cherish together.
Scenic Photo Stops
Shahnawaz made sure to pause at the most photogenic viewpoints the Drung Waterfall road, Betaab Valley and sunset over the Baisaran meadow.

Challenge
The couple arrived at 3:15 PM, and we needed to create a romantic first impression immediately after a long flight not just a standard airport pickup.
Our Solution
Shahnawaz arrived with a fully decorated car, flowers and a welcome banner. The couple were driven to Shaff Excellency where rose petals and a surprise cake awaited them, turning their arrival into the start of something magical.
Challenge
November weather in Kashmir can be unpredictable snow, fog and road closures can disrupt plans, especially on the Sonmarg and Gulmarg routes.
Our Solution
We monitored weather daily and Shahnawaz was briefed on alternate routes. The Sonmarg day trip was scheduled as an early excursion from Srinagar to avoid afternoon fog on NH-1, and the Gulmarg overnight was positioned mid-trip when conditions were most stable.
Challenge
Three different destinations across 7 days Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and back meant multiple hotel transitions that could feel tiring for a honeymooning couple.
Our Solution
We coordinated a romantic welcome arrangement at each property ahead of the couple's arrival. Every check-in felt like an event rather than a chore the couple never had to think about logistics, just enjoy each other and the valley.
Challenge
The houseboat stay on Day 6 at Young Bombay HB was only for one night short but the most iconic part of a Kashmir honeymoon. Making it memorable in limited time was critical.
Our Solution
We pre-arranged a full decoration of the houseboat room with candles, fairy lights, rose petals and a special dinner setup. A private shikara ride at sunset was also arranged so the couple could experience Dal Lake in its most romantic form.
Challenge
Day 14 (final day) needed a remaining city tour of Srinagar and a timely airport drop without the last day feeling rushed or anticlimactic after such a beautiful week.
Our Solution
The final city tour was kept light and enjoyable markets, a last shikara moment on the lake and a relaxed farewell drive to the airport. Shahnawaz ensured they departed with smiles, memories and plenty of time to spare.
