Our Solution
Driver Ishfaq was stationed at the airport well before arrival. A smooth transfer led straight to a warm Dal Lake welcome and a relaxed check-in at Club Mahindra Houseboat, including lunch on arrival day.
Challenge
9 days with multiple destinations — Srinagar, Pahalgam, Yusmarg, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Kargil — risked being exhausting for a senior couple if not paced thoughtfully.

Challenge
The Kargil War Memorial and Hunderman Village leg required a longer drive physically demanding for senior travellers if not managed with adequate rest stops and timing.

The Sonmarg base stay made this day trip manageable. Ishfaq planned comfortable rest halts en route and ensured the couple had ample time at both sites without feeling hurried or fatigued.
Challenge
Day 9 (departure) needed to balance a clean checkout from Sonmarg, a return drive to Srinagar and a timely airport drop all without stress on the final morning.

A planned early start from Sonmarg with ample buffer time ensured the couple reached Srinagar Airport relaxed and well ahead of their departure, closing a 9-day journey on a calm, happy note.
